Flashcards are a useful way to remember new vocabulary or test your ability to translate phrases.<br />
There are some great free flashcard programs you can use on your computer. The ones I use were designed for English speakers learning Japanese, but Japanese speakers can use them to study English.</p>
<p>You can create your own list of words to study and every day the software tests if you remember them. What makes these programs better than normal flashcards is that it remembers the cards you got wrong. You are tested more often on the cards you have problems with.</p>
