			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In 2004 I stayed in La Paz in Bolivia.</p>
<p>I was working for a newspaper and I went and interviewed some of the instructors at a ninja school.</p>
<p>All of the instructors and students were Bolivian, but the chief instructor had lived in Japan and gone to a ninja school there.</p>
<p>The students were interested in Japanese culture and as well as studying martial arts, they learned calligraphy and grew bonsai.</p>
