It was held in one of the big hotels in Melbourne. There were lots of people dressed up in costumes from Japanese animation and computer games.

They had a quiz on anime, there was a chess game where people in costume were used as the chess pieces and a room to play computer games.

The festival wasn’t nearly as big as some of the events I went to in Japan, such as the Tokyo Computer Game Show, but it was still interesting to see that lots of people in Australia are interested in Japanese popular culture.
