Worldwide English Proficiency

Education First did a survey of English levels in countries that don’t have native English speakers.

They ranked Norway as number 1.

Japan was ranked number 14.

    Hi Aidan-san,

It’s been a challenging year for so many people in the world – but we will survive.
By the way I’m pleasantly surprised that our English is not as bad as I thought.
Wonder what’s Japanese proficiency in rest of the world like? :)

    Hi Fumie-San,

    Hope you are doing well.

I think maybe Queensland would have the best Japanese proficiency of any English speaking region.

There are also a lot of Japanese speakers in Taiwan and Korea.
