Australia the top destination for ‘Chuppies’
Although the number of Japanese tourists to Australia has been decreasing in recent years, the number of Chinese visiting has greatly increased.
Visa restrictions have been eased for Chinese tourists and China now has a lot more wealthy people. Chuppies is a word I hadn’t heard before, but some people use it to describe Chinese yuppies. They have plenty of disposable income and Australia is seen as one of the best places to visit.
