Japanese Visitors to Australia
I’ve mentioned before that the number of Japanese tourists to Australia has been falling.
Number of Japanese Tourists Visiting Australia:
1997: 814,000
2009: 355,000
Last year there were less than half the number of visitors that were coming more than 10 years ago.
Recently the Australian government launched another campaign to attract more Japanese tourists.
