Goodbye 2009
2009 has been a great year for me.
I attended a 6-week science fiction writing workshop in Brisbane that was a lot of fun. After that I sold some science fiction stories.
I spent 3 months travelling through Asia and Eastern Europe. I visited my friends in Osaka and then travelled around China and Mongolia and then across Russia on the Trans-Siberian Railway.
In October I came back to Australia and spent some time with my family. My nephew is 2 years old, so he is a lot of fun to watch.
Then in November I moved back to Melbourne. I got a job working as a computer programmer at the government department where I used to work.
Recently I found an apartment to rent and moved in there.
So 2009 has been a good year for me.
I hope everyone else has been doing well.
Have fun,
Aidan.
