The University of Iowa has a great website that shows you how to pronounce the different sounds in American English.
The Sounds of American English
The BBC has a pronunciation and listening test for British English.
BBC British Pronunciation
AT&T Labs has a useful website where you can enter some text and then listen to the computer pronounce it.
It’s not perfect, but they do a good job at pronunciation.
